$5,000 Reward Offered for Arrest/Conviction of Person(s) for Stabbing Pit Bull to Death (in Philadelphia)

This is not the dog in the article

The body of a female pit bull was found the evening of March 2nd thrown away in a trash bag in the 200 block of West Godfrey Avenue, Olney section of Philadelphia.

The dog had been stabbed multiple times which was the cause of her demise.   The black pit bull was wearing a black collar and has identifying white marks on her nose, under her neck and across her chest.

The public’s help is needed to solve the identity of the murdered dog.   Any and all information about the circumstances which led to this girl’s death is being asked by the Pennsylvania SPCA.

A $5,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction.

If you know anything about how this deceased dog was stabbed, please do the right thing.  Justice must be served for this poor female pit bull.   The actions against this dog were brutal and the person (s) responsible must he held accountable for the horrendous actions.

The PSPCA is pleading with anyone with information about the individual(s) who committed this horrific act to come forward.”

Anyone with information in this case should call the Pennsylvania SPCA’s Cruelty Hotline at (866) 601-SPCA. Tips can be left anonymously.

Too much animal abuse happening in the world. Who could be so cold and vicious to a dog and dump her like yesterday’s trash. This positively crushes my heart. ?

We have to start putting away animal killers for a long time. If we’re going to make a difference and save more animals we need them to spend years in prison!

Why are you things keep happening to the dogs in this Philly area is this the same place another pitbull was found dead near a park by a jogger or somebody walking a dog? This sounds like a targeting of a breed of dogs! Or is it just coincidence?

What if we go around stabbing and killing animal abusers? I know, it’s against the law. If only they knew the pain they inflicted on innocent animals? How will they ever understand the consequences of their actions if they don’t go through it themselves? Just saying.

I’ve seen and read a lot on animal cruelty. You can’t help but see it on social media. That still doesn’t make this girl’s murder any less important. In fact, it sheds more light on demented people and how far they will go. If Pennsylvania doesn’t get stronger laws, there’s no incentive for ass^%$&#! to stop doing this. It’s disheartening and I feel rage to know how this dog suffered, then stuffed into a bag like yesterday’s trash. The more I read and see about animal abuse, the more I believe people are mentally ill. You have to be to do this. RIP little girl. I’m so sorry you weren’t saved and let down so atrociously by a human.
