23 Chihuahua-mix dogs removed from abandoned Pocono Lake property today

Today, the Pennsylvania SPCA removed 23 chihuahua-mix adult dogs from an abandoned property in In Pocono Lake in Monroe County.  Four of the dogs were puppies.
