Lancaster Woman Pleads Guilty to Animal Cruelty for 62 Dogs

Barbara Dienner, Ballstown Road, Lititz, PA, has pled guilty to 62 counts of summary animal cruelty stemming from the rescue of 62 dogs and puppies who were removed by the PSPCA on December 16th, 2014. New Jersey Senate Economic Growth Committee passes shark fin bill
