Yesterday on the steps of the capital in Harrisburg, Tami Thayne, CEO of Dogs Deserve Better and her soul mate, Joe Horwath, were married. It was a unique wedding. If you look closely, you can see how each member of the party was chained to a dog house in commemoration to all the dogs Tami and her volunteers have saved and will continue to save as a result of living at the end of one of these horrible contraptions.
I was invited and sadly, I was unable to attend at the last moment due to unforseen circumstances. I was so sorry I missed this one-of-a-kind wedding.
I wanted to wish my best to Tami and Joe. Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Joe Horvath. May you live a long, happy, fulfilling and dedicated life. You deserve it!
