DERBE “SKIP” ECKHART’S CHARGES HAVE BEEN BOUND OVER FOR COURT ACTION

February 18, 2009 by Tina Evangelista-Eppenstein

I was not able to attend this morning’s hearing but as you can read here, Eckhart’s trial for six misdemeanor animal cruelty charges and summary offenses have been bound over to court on April 4th @ 8:30 AM by District Justice Donna Butler in the Lehigh Valley Courthouse. I will be in attendance for that.
What do you think will happen to Eckhart? Do you think he will be found innocent? If he is found guilty, do you think he will still be able to operate his kennel a.k.a puppymill, Almost Heaven (Hell) Kennel? He has in the past. Do you think this new dog law will make a difference?
