Our good ole’ buddy, Derbe “Skip” Eckhart, has managed to have another hearing scheduled for tomorrow in Dictrict Justice Donna Butler’s courtroom, continued…. again!
I was smarter this time around with our good ole’ buddy. I had traveled to the Lehigh Valley Courthouse last month to see Eckhart at a hearing only to learn that the hearing was postponed because he conveniently had no legal representation. This man knows how to work the system so well.
As they say, you learn from your mistakes….so I called Donna Butler’s office today. The good news- there are four cases facing him at his next court date which will be held Monday, August 24th. Her courtroom is located at 1375 Chestnut Street, Emmaus, PA for anyone who may be interested in listening/watching these cases.
Will he make an appearance on the 24th? Don’t hold your breath!
