DOG CAUSES ACCIDENT ON WEST SHORE BYPASS THIS MORNING

August 18, 2010 by Tina Evangelista-Eppenstein

From WFMZ- READING, Pa. — Police say a dog crossing a busy highway led to an accident this morning in Reading. Police say a car heading east on 422 near the Lancaster Avenue exit slowed because of a dog walking on the highway.
Police say while the car was slowed, a dump truck hit the car from behind. The car then left the road and hit a utility pole. The driver of the car was taken to the hospital.

There’s no word on what happened to the dog.
Question- How does a dog find himself on the West Shore Bypass?
