The Dr. Phil Show will be focusing on Michael Vick’s victims on today’s show. He will have those dogs saved from Michael Vick, known as Vicktory dogs from Best Friends Animal Society as his special guests.

Tom Hickey from PA was asked to be part of this discussion about the Eagles and Michael Vick and his proposal for the Eagles to donate the equivalent of Michael Vick’s salary to dog rescues and shelters in the Philadelphia.
