I just received an email from the Pennsylvania House Democratic Caucus and it said they are going to vote on House Bill 2525 NEXT WEEK! It said after hearing from people from PA, “House Democrats spent the majority of the summer attempting to bring more lawmakers and interested parties into the conversation so that a good bill can be passed on behalf of our animal friends”. Oh my god,this is fantastic!! I can’t believe this. After all of these years, is it finally possible the legislators will finally change the laws? This is unbelievable and so long overdue. We are finally going in the right direction.
Please call your legislators and let them know they need to vote this through. These puppymill dogs are counting on us!!!
