I just received confirmation from Sarah Speed of the Humane Society of the United States that House Bills 2525 and 2532 could be voted on by as early as tomorrow.
A rally will be held from 12-2 PM tomorrow by the fountain at Soldier’s Grove at the Capitol. The public , along with their dogs, is invited to show their support for these bills. They will form a human – dog chain around the Capitol.
