NEARLY ONE YEAR HAS GONE BY SINCE 80 PUPPYMILL DOGS WERE SHOT AND KILLED ~ HAS ANYTHING CHANGED SINCE THEN?

July 7, 2009 by Tina Evangelista-Eppenstein

Nearly one year ago on July 24th 2008, Elmer Zimmerman and his brother, Ammon, shot and killed 80 of their puppymill dogs after being cited for violations by dog wardens for flea and tick bites, insufficient bedding and extreme heat conditions. Instead of making the minor necessary changes, these two brothers shot and killed these poor helpless dogs.
I attended a vigil that was held in memory of these dogs who suffered at the hands of these brothers.
