READING CITY COUNCIL TO ADDRESS PET LIMIT ORDINANCE TONIGHT

June 8, 2009 by Tina Evangelista-Eppenstein

Reading City Council will be holding their regular meeting tonight. During the course of this meeting, the new ordinance being proposed by the Reading Animal Control Board that will limit the number of pets a residence can have will be discussed. This ordinance limits the number of pets to a residence to six which includes dogs, cats, birds and all the way down to insects as stated in the proposed ordinance.
If you want your voice to be heard, I strongly urge you to attend this meeting and let your opinion be heard. The public is welcome. This ordinance pertains to Reading City residents only.
The meeting will be held at 7 PM on the second floor of City Hall. You can view more information here. Let your voices be heard!!
