REMINDER- KEEP YOUR PETS SAFE DURING THE COLD, SNOWY WEATHER

February 5, 2010 by Tina Evangelista-Eppenstein

Well it seems we are going to get hit with a snow storm today into tomorrow. Forecasts are calling for a significant amount of the white stuff. Ugh!
Just a reminder to everyone, please bring outdoor pets inside. Unchain the dogs and let them in where it is nice and warm. How would you like to be outside during a major snow storm stuck in a dog house? Yeah, didn’t think so.
Don’t forget about cats that hide in car engines to stay warm. Bang on the hood before getting in your vehicle.
Protect your pets when you take them out. Use common sense. If you’re cold, so is your pet!!
If you do see a pet in danger, please call your local animal shelter or police. The animals need our voices to speak for them!
