The House of Representative has adjourned for today after reviewing some of the 100 plus amendments added by a handful of legislators to House Bill 2525 before the summer session had ended. This bill is sponsored by Rep. Jim Casorio of Westmoreland County.

I watched 23 amendments being read and all of them have either failed or have been withdrawn. I am so elated to how it’s going!
The current living conditions for puppymill dogs might possibly be changing if the amendments do not pass. We may finally be on our way to victory for these dogs!!!!!
