Monday, September 13 promises to be a VERY IMPORTANT day for animal advocates across Pennsylvania.Plans to rally on the steps outside of the Capitol in Harrisburg are in the works!
In this significant election year, here’s our chance to MAKE SURE the legislators hear us loud and clear: PASS MEANINGFUL ANIMAL WELFARE LEGISLATION.

For animal welfare advocates, if you are able to attend, you won’t want to miss this rally. As NPPMWatch states, it is a very important day. Trust me on this! Details will be coming soon. It is important that legislators hear our voices to not only pass meaningful animal legislation, but that the laws are upheld as written.
Changing the law can no longer be an option as we are witnessing with ACT 119, our current law to “protect” dogs and puppies in puppy mills.
