Last night as I was reading updates on my facebook page, I came across a video that is so hideous I will never get it out of my mind. I have seen other videos as well over the years of the monstrosities committed against poor, defenseless animals that have never left my memory and this one is sealed in my memory forever..
Since I posted it for others to see and seeking help to find the perpetrators, the video has since been removed.
If I may, I would like to share what I saw with you. Let me just say this first. As I watched this one minute video in horror, I screamed at the screen and cried wanting to hurt the people who were hurting this dog. I have no idea who they are or what country this originated from. But make no mistake, animal cruelty like this exists in the U.S.. Michael Vick has committed these very same crimes against man’s best friend.

As I prepared to click on the video I could plainly see a black dog that appeared to be in mid-air. Once I clicked the arrow that led me to watch this……..I saw a medium-sized dog whose back legs were tied to what appeared to be a washline of some sort and the poor dog was hanging upside down.
Then two males took turns hitting the dog with a baseball bat while the dog swung back and forth. The dog screamed and screamed. I wanted to hit my computer screen and save this poor dog. They continued to do this while the cameraman laughed. Then one of the males picked up a barrel and threw it at the dog while he continued to hang upside down in agony. They continued to torture this helpless dog while the camera was still rolling.
I don’t know what happened to the dog. Did they release him? Did they continue to torture him, which I’m sure they did or did they kill him?
As I sit here and type this, all of the horrors of that video haunt me. I feel so helpless. As of last night, people were contacting different animal organizations to see what they could do. I put a plea on my page for the same thing.
People are SO SICK! To do this to this poor dog………I want justice. May these men find themselves on the other end of being tortured as this dog did. Let justice prevail.
