Three Pennsylvania Men Charged with 1460 Counts of Having Sexual Intercourse with Animals

Three Clearfield County, Pennsylvania men were charged with having sexual relations with animals including dogs, horses, a cow, and a goat according to the Clearfield County District Attorney, William A Shaw Jr.     The three men, Terry Wallace, age 41, Matthew Brubaker, age 32; and Marc Measnikoff, age 34, all of Mouse Lane, Munson have had criminal complaints filed against them by trooper, Jared Wolf, consisting of having sexual intercourse with animals 1460 counts and animal cruelty M2.

District Attorney Shaw described this  as one of the “most extreme cases of animal abuse that his office has handled. ” Shaw thanked the State Police, SPCA, and Animal Control Officers for their hard work in resolving this case.

A 16 year-old male juvenile who lived with the trio at a makeshift farm called the Pennsylvania State Police on the three men and was quite specific when he explained how the trio used a specially designed “v” shaped pen used to facilitate the sexual contact.

The juvenile male has been taken into protective custody.     Shaw said,  “Right now we don’t believe the juvenile was sexually victimized;  although the suspects were still charged with “endangering the welfare of children.”    Shaw said there are no allegations that the juvenile had been sexually molested but noted that the investigation is ongoing to determine the extent of mental or physical abuse the juvenile may have been exposed too.

The PA State Police Cert Team served a search warrant in the early morning hours of Saturday, August 18th, and found a large number of homemade videos of the sexual acts along with recording equipment and cameras.   The three men were taken into custody on the 18th.

The Defendants were arraigned by Magisterial District Judge J. Michael Morris who set bail at $100,000.00 for each Defendant.    Preliminary hearings were scheduled for August 22, 2018, at the Clearfield County Jail.

Shaw explained that the State Police Cert Team was called in because of reports of semi-automatic weapons being on the property. Shaw said the search warrant was served and the Defendants taken into custody without incident.

Shaw said the State Police and SPCA are still in the process of securing appropriate placement for the animals.   Shaw reported that all of the animals should have placement in the immediate future.
