We will be discussing the PA puppymill situation and the new PA dog law – Act 119- the Puppymill Reform Bill- and how it will affect puppymills. This kennel had been closed down last October but its doors remain open because the owner , Derbe Skip Eckhart had appealed the revocation of his license. Hear the latest news about this “kennel”.
