Sisto Michael Flea, 24, of Wilmington, North Carolina, has been charged with crimes against nature, felony cruelty to animals and a misdemeanor charge of cruelty to animals after a witness claim they saw him raping a small black dog twice this past Saturday, October 15th.
The witness saw Flea walk out of his home with the dog and rape the animal on the porch. Flea dropped and kicked the dog after the dog reacted to the sexual abuse according to the witness. The witness saw Flea walk out of the home and rape the dog again shortly after the first episode. During the second encounter, the witness turned their headlights on him causing Flea to go inside his home.
The witness called the police who obtained a warrant for his arrest. The dog named Lola has been taken into custody and is currently at the New Hanover County Animal Services shelter. Lola will be going to a foster family.
Judge Sandra Ray stipulated that Fea be on electronic monitoring if he posts bail which has been set at $25,000.
Ray also ordered Fea to stay away from Lola and not allow her to be released to roommates or relatives of Fea’s.

While all the facts are not available to the public, there has to be reasonable suspicion on the police officer’s and the judge’s part because Lola was placed in a foster home. Mr. Flea is not allowed to see Lola and his relatives and roommates aren’t allowed to get her. The judge wants to keep Lola safe from this man. There has to be probable cause to do this.

Why did the witness wait until the second encounter with the helpless dog? Call the police the moment you see it! Videotape it or take photos with your phone. Seems strange. Glad the dog is at least safe now! Poor baby.
